Lola Phillips
Nearly 20 years of experience strengthening public and mission-driven organizations.
Lola Phillips founded BERIDIAN after a career spanning public-sector administration, program operations, federal grants management, regulatory compliance, risk management, financial and administrative operations, process improvement, strategic planning, and executive leadership.
She understands that important operational work rarely fits neatly into a report. Records must be organized, responsibilities clarified, procedures written, systems implemented, and deadlines met—often while staff continue carrying a full workload.
Her working approach is direct, respectful, and practical: learn how the organization truly operates, work alongside the people closest to the responsibility, complete the work that creates stability, and leave behind systems the team can use and sustain.
